One address reaches this site. Write to it and a human reads it.
Mail to this address is forwarded to the inbox the site is actually run from, so it does get read. There is no contact form on this site on purpose — a form would mean a server collecting whatever you typed, and this site does not have one.
What to write about
- Bugs. If the tool fails on a file, say what the file was — format, length, roughly how big — and what the page told you. Please do not attach the file itself.
- Questions. About how the transcription works, what the limits are, or what happens to your file.
- Takedown and rights requests. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write with the details and it will be dealt with.
- Feedback. Anything that would make the tool more useful.
Before you write
Two questions come up constantly and are already answered on this site:
- “Can it take an Instagram link?” No, and it cannot be made to. A page with no server is not allowed to read Instagram's audio. See the home page.
- “Is my file uploaded?” No. It is processed entirely in your browser and never leaves your device. See the privacy policy.
What not to send
Do not email video or audio files, and do not paste a full transcript you consider private. The tool runs on your device precisely so that this site never has to hold your material, and email is the wrong place to change that.
